Poland changes the rules for employing foreign workers.

From 1 January 2018 in Poland will start to operate new rules of employment of foreign citizens. In particular, they will concern migrant workerswho perform seasonal work, with Ukraine, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Russia.

It is anticipated the introduction of fees in the amount of 30 PLN (7 EUR) for registration statements of entrusting the work to a foreign worker. This is reported by “Polish radio”.

Also impose the duty to inform about the circumstances related to the employment of such employees, whether statements in accordance with the purpose and within what time the alien works. The employer will need to report settled foreign employee to work or not. The permit for seasonal work will relate to the period up to nine months in a calendar year.
