GPU opened a case against the administration for tax evasion
The General Prosecutor’s office opened criminal proceedings on tax evasion in especially large size by a MP from the Opposition bloc Alexander Vilkul.
This was stated by Prosecutor General Yury Lutsenko, transfer “Ukrainian news”.
He said the case was opened on Friday.
Lutsenko said that if Vilkul will pay all the necessary taxes, will not be prosecuted.
“The results of an unscheduled inspection, to Mr. Vilkul, there are signs of tax evasion in especially large sizes. At the moment we have to spend some more action with the attorney. And then the expertise to present your suspicion to Mr. Vilkul. If we get to it close, I’ll have to get the approval of the Verkhovna Rada”, – said Lutsenko, reports TSN.
At the same time the people’s Deputy Oleksandr Vilkul has reported that he filed a cassation appeal against the findings of the sneaks.
