The rebels faked the shelling of Staromykhailivka to discredit APU – JCCC

The Ukrainian side of the JCCC reported that on 1 August, around 8.00 NFP ORDO fired on the neighborhood of village of Water near Mariupol of the Minsk agreements prohibited chetyrehstolpnyj reactive systems of volley fire.
