Militants “DNR” for seven hours, detained the driver and equipment for OSCE

Fighters of an illegal armed formation “DNR” detained and more than seven hours kept the driver and the truck with the equipment for cameras of the OSCE.

On Twitter, reported the press service of the Special monitoring mission of the OSCE.

The incident occurred in the occupied village of olenivka, Donetsk region. The OSCE stressed that the actions of “DPR” hindered the freedom of movement of SMM.

Later, the organization reported that after 7.5 hours, the militants released a driver and truck equipment. The OSCE actions of terrorists called violation of the Minsk agreements.

“The parties are obliged to adhere to the Minsk agreements and the mandate of the SMM, the OSCE, in particular, to allow monitoring using technical tools… of the OSCE need to have full/unrestricted access to perform their work – the parties should protect the freedom of movement of SMM,” – said in statements to SMM.

Earlier in the press center of the ATO headquarters said that according to operational information, in the near future militants are preparing a series of terrorist acts against the representatives of the OSCE, followed by blaming the Ukrainian army. Press center highlights – terrorist operation forces strictly adhere to peace agreements.
