This is stated in the message on the page of the Main intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of defense of Ukraine in Facebook.
“Neglect and abuse of commanders of the Russian occupation forces to subordinate personnel lead to the manifestations of hysteria and unwarranted aggression in mutual relations between servicemen,” – said in the message.
