International arbitration court begins consideration of the claim of the Ukrainian “Naftogaz” against Russia in the case of the assets in anacoana Crimea.

In a letter to Russia to the court of February 3, noted that the investment agreement between Russia and Ukraine “cannot serve as the basis for arbitration proceedings to settle a lawsuit.
Moscow does not recognize the jurisdiction of the international Tribunal in regard to the settlement of the lawsuit.”
