The OSCE has documented the doubling of attacks in the Donbass

The number of violations of ceasefire regime in the Donbas has increased during the last Tiida.

This was stated by first Deputy Chairman of the Special OSCE monitoring mission in Ukraine, Alexander hug, says “Interfax-Ukraine”.

“The ceasefire has not improved over the last week. Last week the SMM observed an increase of 55% in the number of violations of the cease-fire compared with last week. This trend is most evident in the area between Pervomaisk and Popasnaya where there was 20% of the reported violations of the cease – fire,” he said.

“SMM has recorded more than 550 cases of the use of heavy weapons and weapons banned by the Minsk agreements. This includes tanks, mortars and artillery”, – he added.
