According to Shevchenko, LCA has cancelled the permission to stay in Ukraine David Saakashvili in March 2017 on the basis of the information obtained from the State employment service about the cancellation of the permit.

Meanwhile, David Saakashvili is in the migration service. Shevchenko also noted that similar decisions and procedures in respect of foreign citizens are held frequently. In a press-service of the State migration service of Ukraine has refused to provide any information about the situation with David Saakashvili.
