The court cancelled the extradition of brother of Saakashvili

Pechersk district court of Kyiv in its ruling suspended the decision on HMS forced the extradition of brother of ex-head of Odessa regional state administration, Mikheil Saakashvili, David.

This was reported by the press service of the “Movement of new forces.”

In the political party, Saakashvili said that the court has opened proceedings in the administrative case on the claim of his brother about cancellation of the decision on his forced return from Ukraine. The case is scheduled for September 19.

“To recover from the Pechersky district Department of the Main Directorate of the state migration service in Kyiv city materials formed the basis for the decision on forced return of David Saakashvili, the Georgian citizen, born in 1973, in the country of origin or a third country”, — stated in the decree of the court.

In another ruling, the court stopped the forced return from Ukraine David Saakashvili.

As previously reported, deprived the Ukrainian citizenship of the former head of the Odessa regional state administration, Mikheil Saakashvili said that the morning of 2 September, interior Ministry officials detained his brother David in Odessa. As it turned out, the staff of the national police in Kiev delivered the bodies of State migration service. This is done in order to leave the territory of Ukraine, because the permission to stay was revoked due to the fact that earlier he was denied a work permit in Ukraine.
