Ex-Minister of justice Lavrynovych was taken into custody for two months
The Pechersky court of Kiev made the decision on the measure of restraint to the former Minister of justice Oleksandr Lavrynovych.
The former official will be held in jail for two months, until November 2, reports TSN reporter from the courtroom.
The lawyer of Lavrynovych said that he was going to appeal the decision. However, the suspect says he does not see in it sense.

Lavrinovich, his ex-Deputy hero and deprived of the title of President Yanukovych a suspect in the attempted coup and usurpation of power over the publication of the decision of the constitutional Court, which had declared unconstitutional some norms of the Basic Law. The abolition of these rules led to the strengthening of the President and weakened the Parliament.
