Terrorist “DND” will not consider the proposal of the Ukrainian side to conduct an exchange of prisoners.
This was stated by the representative of the militants in talks in Minsk Denis Pushilin, the separatist transmit media.
“I want to say that these figures from the formula “88 313″ are not true. We do not agree with them, those numbers we won’t consider it,” he said.
