In “Ukrtransgaz” told whether there is a threat to gas pipes because of the explosions in Kalinovka
Due to powerful explosions of ammunition in military warehouses near Kalinovka of Vinnytsia region stopped the work of the three gas distribution stations GDS Kalynivka, GRS GRS Friendship and Omentum because they are located close to the fire.
“In the area of the scene located a gas pipeline that provides natural gas to the city of Vinnytsia and other settlements of the region. Until the gas supply of the regional center did not stop”, – reported in “Ukrtransgaz”.
The company said that the emergency does not affect the gas transit through the territory of Ukraine, because in the 30-kilometer zone from the place of explosions transit gas pipelines do not pass.
“To implement the control over the development of an emergency there are additional monitoring stations in the gas infrastructure facilities, and established the duty of rescue and recovery teams. The representatives of PJSC “Ukrtransgaz” involved in the work of the operational headquarters for the elimination of this emergency situation”, – stated in the message.
