Militants “LNR” was sentenced to 10 years in prison

Militants of the terrorist organization ”LNR”, which in 2014 joined the ranks of the so-called battalion ”Ghost”, sentenced to 10 years in prison.

This is stated on the website of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.

”The Prosecutor’s office of Luhansk region supported by the state (public) prosecution in criminal proceedings concerning the inhabitant of the Luhansk region, which in 2014 voluntarily joined the ranks of the so-called battalion ”Ghost” of the terrorist organization ”LNR” under the leadership of the leader O. Brain,” – said the Prosecutor’s office.

In particular, during the pre-trial investigation, the accomplice of terrorists was elected a measure of restraint in form of detention.

At the hearing the defendant fully admitted his guilt and gave damning testimony against other participants, ”LC” involved in the events of 2014 on the territory of Luhansk region.

The man was found guilty and sentenced to 10 years of imprisonment for participation in terrorist organizations (part 1 of article 258-3) and possession of ammunition without lawful authority (part 1 of article 263) Criminal code of Ukraine.

We will remind, earlier the court in Vitebsk has announced the conviction of 29-year-old citizen of Belarus Alexei Arsova, who fought in the Donbass on the side of “DNR”. Arsov published photos from fighting in social networks. As a result, the investigators were many photos, which the gunman posing with guns against tanks, near the entrance to Donetsk.
