Poroshenko has created a High court for intellectual property
The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has signed a decree on the establishment of the High court in intellectual property matters.

According to the decree, the President decreed the establishment of the High court on questions of intellectual property with the location in the city of Kiev.
The President also instructed the Cabinet to provide financing of the activities related to the implementation of this decree.
The decree comes into force from the date of its publication. It is dated September 29.
We will remind,the High Council of justice published the final list of candidates for judges of the Supreme court of Ukraine. As noted, the signature of the President of Petro Poroshenko passed a list of 111 candidates.
