“If you do not believe, then there is no need to live”: the political prisoner Evgeny Panov wrote a letter to Ukrainians

Ukrainian political prisoner Evgeny Panov, which the FSB accused of organizing acts of sabotage in the occupied Crimea, wrote a letter to Ukrainians and his hometown Enerhodar in Zaporizhia.

The letter was published by the brother of the political prisoner Igor Kotelenez.
