The Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on issues of national security and defense will consider presidential draft laws on Donbass tomorrow, October 5, at 9:30.
About this at the meeting of the Committee, said its Chairman Sergei Pashinsky, writes UNIAN.
In particular, Pashinsky said that today the Ukrainian President has submitted to Parliament as urgent bill No. 7163 about the peculiarities of the state policy on ensuring state sovereignty of Ukraine on the temporarily occupied territories in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions.

According to the Chairman of the Committee to this bill the group of deputies had introduced an alternative bill to the presidential project.
Pashinsky also added that the President sent as an urgent draft law No. 7164 on creating the necessary conditions for the peaceful settlement of the situation in certain districts of Donetsk and Lugansk regions.

Pashinsky wanted to declare a break for 15 minutes and begin considering bills in the Donbass today, October 4. In turn, many members of the Committee objected to this because said that are not familiar with the text of the bill. After that, the Chairman of the relevant Committee has offered to meet tomorrow, October 5, at 9:30.
”Dear colleagues, meeting of the Committee on legislation the President will be appointed tomorrow at 9:30,” – said Pashinsky.
