Kiev warned of traffic restrictions for the weekend of the marathon
The organizers of the 8-th Kyiv marathon has announced a schedule and a list of overlapping of streets for the weekend.
Relevant information is available on the marathon website.
In particular, on Saturday, October 7, will continue the preparatory work for the event on the street, therefore traffic will be limited from 06:00 to 19:30 the following day.
And on October 8th a movement on the streets will be blocked off for different time intervals, starting from 6:00 to 15:00.
On the above streets will be limited movement of all modes of transport, including Cycling and public.
Kiev are kindly requested to take care of your traffic route taking into account these limitations.
We will remind, in Kiev in connection with the repair from October 1, will be closed traffic on the section of highway embankment. “01.10.2017 in connection with the execution of works on capital repair of highway embankment traffic on a site from metro station “Dnepr” in the direction of the Postal square will be closed”, – stated in the message.
It is noted that the traffic on this section will be organized in the opposite direction.
