The ECHR wants to obtain the opinion of Ukrainian doctors about the health of Paul Mushroom – lawyer
The European court of human rights invites Ukrainian doctors to the detained in Russia Ukrainian Pavel Mushroom and wants to get their opinion on the state of his health before making a decision regarding the application of urgent measures.
This was announced by the lawyer Evgenia Zakrevskaya in Facebook.
Also, the ECtHR asks Russia to provide information regarding the treatment that gets the Mushroom and documentation relative to the condition in printed form.
“I hope that the Ukrainian foreign Ministry and the Commissioner for human rights will do everything in order for our doctors as quickly as possible came to Paul the Mushroom. And Russia will not dare to violate the direct order of the ECHR and not to allow them to Paul,” she said.
