“With high probability, Oleg Sentsov has arrived in IK-8 of the city Labytnangi. The colony is located North of the Arctic circle. Near the river Ob”, – stated in the message in Facebook.
According to some information, this colony is “red” – that is, there is the administration builds their own rules, often very hard, without any “discounts”.
“The last few years have repeatedly appeared information about the brutal beatings of detainees, the chiefs of the colony were arrested for corruption, and in 2015 there was a fire. Now there is 0 degrees, the winter temperature can drop to 25 degrees below zero. In summer the average temperature is 15 degrees Celsius,” — said Goncharov.
