The details of the court ruling on Kohanivsky: electronic bracelet and a seat in the house
In the capital, the court chose a measure of restraint to the suspect of hooliganism activist and volunteer ATO Mykola Kochanowski. During the investigation, the leader of the “Volunteer movement of the OUN” should be under hour house arrest and wear an electronic bracelet, according to a story TSN.19:30.
Members were asked to take Kohanivsky on bail, but prosecutors wanted a full arrest of the suspect stay in jail. Despite the fact that the judge’s decision did not reflect neither the prosecution nor the position of the defenders, it was taken quietly. No clashes and confrontation, as it was in previous days proceedings, was not observed.
