NABU revealed violations during tenders for the 10 billion
National anti-corruption Bureau revealed violations of the law while holding a tender for 10 billion.
This was stated by Chairman NAB Sytnyk.
“NABOO by law has the authority to make claims in court about a recognition of transactions void, and we recently calculated that such claims have been filed by 10 billion hryvnia. This is for fresh tenders. And this is the amount that was actually violated the law during the tendering process and for the nearly 1 billion of these claims have already been satisfied,” he said.
According to him, now in NABOO in the case against one of the deputies, the Chairman of the accounts chamber and the current leaders of government agencies.
