In Ukraine, the maximum size of unemployment benefits has grown to more than 7 thousand UAH
From December 1, the maximum size of unemployment benefits in Ukraine increased by 5% and now amounts to UAH 7048.
It is reported by UNIAN referring to the State employment service.
Until then, the maximum size of unemployment benefits amounted to UAH 6739. The increase in aid has occurred in connection with the increase of the subsistence minimum from December 1.
We will remind, on December 1 in Ukraine planned increase of 76 UAH cost of living index – to 1,7 thousand UAH for one person per month. It to a living wage tied all social payments in Ukraine, and they are also accordingly increase. Therefore, increase the amount of aid for children, a little more will to single mothers, needy families and people with disabilities.
Also increase the minimum amount of assistance during pregnancy and childbirth – up to 440,5 UAH per month. This index is calculated as 100% of average monthly income women, but it needs to be at least 25% of the amount of the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons.
