Rozenko said the amount of people that pensions added more than a thousand hryvnia
Extra charges to pensions amounting to more than one thousand hryvnias received more than 2.5 million Ukrainians.
This broadcast “5 channel” said Deputy Prime Minister Pavlo Rozenko.
“More than two and a half million Ukrainians have received the allowance to pensions of thousands of hryvnia and above. In my opinion, is one of the finest indicators of the reform that so many people received such serious premiums,” said Rozenko.
Pension reform was launched on 11 October, the pension is increased retrospectively from 1 October.
“It wasn’t just a regular automatic increase in pensions. It is a process that has arisen from the fact that by means of reforms and, in particular, increase the minimum wage to 3200 hryvnia, we received an additional resource of the Pension Fund of Ukraine. And, actually, this is a consequence of the reforms. So it was an unscheduled increase of pensions in Ukraine is the good will of the authorities”, – stressed Vice Prime Minister.
Previously, the Ministry of social policy announced another modernization of pensions for those who now receives a small payment.
