Lutsenko told about the status of cases against Yanukovych and Co.

The Prosecutor General’s office of Ukraine has almost completed the investigation of the cases against most senior officials of the government deprived the title of President Viktor Yanukovych.

This was stated by Prosecutor General Yury Lutsenko during a speech in the Verkhovna Rada.

“All the things that I asked permission from Parliament, are at the final stage. For example, Novinsky left to do a single examination, then the case with the indictment will go to one of the courts of Kiev”, – he stressed.

According to Lutsenko, is also virtually completed proceedings against all the officials of Yanukovych, which fell within the competence of the GPU.

“We have not yet completed the work of Tabachnik and in the course of the discussion, what article to show Lucas. In all other cases, Azarov, Arbuzov, Stavisky, Kurchenko, Klimenko, Yanukovych, Yanukovych, Jr., Yakymenko, Zakharchenko investigation is completed and we expect the decisions of the courts on the resolution of absentia pre-trial investigation and special judicial investigation,” – said the Prosecutor General.

We will remind, earlier Yury Lutsenko during a speech in the Verkhovna Rada said that the Prosecutor General’s office is ready soon to subpoena Vladislav Kaskiv, who is charged with taking in collusion with other persons by means of the state budget in the amount of about 7.5 million.
