Decentralization, road maintenance and resuscitation of rural medicine: Poroshenko said the adoption of the state budget for 2018

The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko responded positively to the adoption by the Verkhovna Rada the state budget for 2018.

“The biggest thing for years. Until thirty-first 24 days, and the Verkhovna Rada already voted the budget”, – wrote the Ukrainian President.

He also noted that next year for the construction and repair of roads in the country have pledged 40 billion hryvnias.

“Decentralization will continue to increase the financial base of local communities. Starts the presidential initiative resuscitation of rural medicine, outpatient clinics, FAPs, high speed Internet invest five billion”, – stated in the message.

He also noted the increase in the minimum wage in 2018, “detinatorul employment, and, as this year, will pull the real average salary.”

“The army provided 86 billion, almost 25% more than in the current year. The fifth part of the budget will be used for arms and military equipment, which is 34% higher than this year”, – said the President.

Budget plan 15 September, the Cabinet has submitted to Parliament. The last three months it was edited. A week ago, the government introduced into Parliament the final version.

The Cabinet promise that is inherent in the state budget indicators will provide a GDP growth of 3%, inflation will be 9%, unemployment will drop to 9.1%, and real wages will grow by 9.6%.
