In Russia opened a case against the former head of the defense Ministry of Ukraine Gritsenko for “incitement to terrorism”

Russian investigators suspect the former Minister of defence of Ukraine Anatoly Gritsenko in calls to terrorist activities in Moscow and Taganrog.

This was reported in the press service of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation.

“July 2, 2017, the citizen of Ukraine Anatoly Gritsenko in the air of television channel “112 Ukraine” in the program “Week” has publicly called for the car bomb in Moscow and Taganrog. The investigators of the Main investigatory management SK of Russia came to a conclusion which is confirmed by a linguistic examination of the video that the words Gritsenko contain calls to terrorist activities”, – stated in the message.

As noted, in accordance with the Russian legislation, foreign citizens not residing permanently in Russia who committed a crime abroad, against the interests of Russia, are criminally liable.

“In this regard, the Main investigative Committee of Russia opened a criminal case against Anatoliy Hrytsenko on signs of the crime provided by part 2 of article 205.2 of the criminal code (public calls for terrorist activities),” – said the Agency.

Now ongoing investigations aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the crime.

We will remind, earlier Russia’s Investigative Committee opened a criminal case against the leaders of “Right sector”. In addition, RF IC still believes Yarosh, one of the leaders of the SS, although he had long left the organization and established their new political force – the National movement “civil initiative jarosz ( Yarosh Derzhavniki Initsiativa – DA)”.
