Ukrainian activist Baluku in the occupied Crimea brought new charge
Ukrainian activist Volodymyr Baluku in Russian-occupied Crimea was charged for a new article – ostensibly for the disorganization of the institutions providing the isolation from society, said a non-governmental organization “the Crimean human rights group”.
“According to lawyers, December 6, Vladimir Baluku presented the resolution on attraction as accused under part 2 of article 321 of the criminal code (disorganization of the institutions providing the isolation from society). The charge in the criminal case, initiated during a content activist in the detention center of Simferopol. Earlier in the case of Vladimir accused under article 318 criminal code (violence against a representative of authorities)”, – stated in the message of the organization.
