On the Lugansk direction the enemy repeatedly from 120-mm mortars, anti-aircraft guns, APCS and small arms fired at our defensive fortifications near the Trinity and the Crimean. During the fire provocations in Lugansk region Popasnaya the opponent several times fired Ukrainian strongholds with mortars 82-caliber, and grenade launchers. At Donetsk direction the enemy activity was concentrated in the area of Avdeevka. Here the invaders from 82-mm mortars fired on Oboronna Sands and Butovka, and infantry weapons were fired on the southern outskirts of Avdeevka. Additionally, on the sea of Azov the illegal armed formations opened fire from grenade launchers and APCS in the defence of Water and Talakovki.
In General, for the last day recorded 39 violations of the cease-fire by the invaders. In cases where the enemy fire was an imminent threat to the life and health of our soldiers, units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine responded to the enemy fire from rocket-propelled grenades, machine guns and small arms.
As a result of enemy shelling none of the Ukrainian defender was not injured.
We will remind, on December 8 as a result of shelling militants killed four soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, one was wounded and another received a combat trauma.
