Rosenblatt will sue NABU and SAP

People’s Deputy Borislav Rosenblat, who in July was stripped of parliamentary immunity, filed a lawsuit at the National anti-corruption Bureau and the Specialized anticorruption Prosecutor’s office.

This is stated in the press service of the District administrative court of Kiev.

“The plaintiff asked the court to declare illegal the actions of the National anti-corruption Bureau, which had been agreed with the prosecutors of the Specialized anti-corruption prosecutors about carrying out concerning it operatively-search actions”, – stated in the message.

It is also noted that the plaintiff calls NABU and SAP to adhere to the requirements of the legislation concerning guarantees of parliamentary immunity.

Recall that NABU and SAP suspect people’s Deputy Borislav Rosenblatt to obtain undue benefits and abuse of office. The court chose the measure of restraint in the form of pledge in the amount of 7 million UAH and obliged to surrender passport, wear an electronic bracelet, and the like. The validity of these duties ended on October 16. To continue their trial failed because of the absence of the suspect on re-meeting. October 19, Rosenblatt was detained at the airport “Kiev” (Zhulyany). The politician allegedly was going to fly to Germany.
