Fighters terrorist “DNR” banned observers of the OSCE mission to communicate with local residents temporarily occupied Gorlovka, the press service of the organization.
“In the area of the checkpoint in Gorlovka to observers who spoke with a group of civilians approached the armed fighters “DNR”. They ordered the observers to stop talking with the civilians and leave the area”, – said the press service.
