Holodnitsky defined the status of FBI agents in Ukraine
The Federal Bureau of investigation, the U.S. operates in Ukraine on the basis of the Memorandum of understanding.
In an interview with TSN.Tyzhden reported by Nazar Golodnitsky, head of the Specialized anti-corruption Prosecutor’s office.
“The FBI are in NABOO on a rotational basis. And their aid is the provision of advice, exchange of experience, exchange of information, acceleration may any international orders. But the FBI don’t investigate cases that are not included in the groups of detectives. Employees of the FBI are not running around with guns in Kiev and not catch people. About some of the RAID with the FBI , I would not say, as my colleague said Artem Sytnik. About illegal actions of the FBI I would also not say how it said the attorney General Lutsenko”, – he said.
