The Cabinet is promising to raise pensions to military pensioners on the average on 1,5 thousand UAH
The government has developed a bill on modernization of pensions to military pensioners – payments will grow on the average on 1,5 thousand UAH. The document also says about the law enforcement officials.
“Modernization of pensions (military) will happen automatically. Military pensions will more than usual. But, I am sure that the average increase will be not less than 1,5 thousand hryvnias. Military pensions will increase even more”, – said the Prime Minister-the Minister Vladimir Groysman.
Payments will increase to 550 thousand military pensioners. The mechanism of modernization of pensions will be similar to what was introduced in the autumn for the majority of Ukrainian pensioners.

“Our next step – the proposal to change the pension provision for military pensioners. Such proposals will be in the national security Council, where at the presidential level we will find a final decision to January, the Ukrainian military retirees received higher pensions”, – said Groisman.
The Cabinet has not yet released the text of the bill.
Recall that the pension reform in Ukraine was launched on October 11 this year. Pensions were updated (increased) 10 million pensioners retrospectively from 1 October. The law provides for automatic increases in pensions in the future.
