What are the charges against Saakashvili. Short and sweet
On the morning of 5 December, the staff of the Prosecutor General’s office (PGO) and security Service of Ukraine came to search in a rented Kiev apartment Mikheil Saakashvili to the Church.

Latest security forces detained while trying to leave Ukraine with a portion of the amounts received from the courier Kurchenko. Now Dangadze arrested for two months.
The attorney General’s claim that conducted covert investigative actions in respect of Dangadze, Saakashvili, Kurchenko and his Trustee in may 2017. All four passed on the second part of the same article that accused Saakashvili. It is from five to ten years of imprisonment. But on December 7 the position of prosecutors in relation to the ex-President of Georgia has changed. Now he is charged the first part of the article 256. It provides mitigation of punishment if the suspect is not official and did not commit a crime again. It is from three to five years.
December 18, Monday, Saakashvili was summoned for the first interrogation.
