Gerashchenko told when Ukraine will be anti-corruption court

First Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Iryna Gerashchenko said that the legislation is anti-corruption court approved early next year, and to act on will begin from 2019.

She told about it to the edition “Voice of America”.

“Besides, I think even before the end of the current session, most likely in January, the Parliament will still in the first reading the new bill on anti-corruption and also of the military courts,” – said Gerashchenko.

“As I have no doubt that within the next year anti-corruption court will be established, and that he will be able to earn from the 19th year,” she added later.

Gerashchenko also said that the Parliament this year, voting for the budget, has laid serious funding for all anti-corruption bodies. This, she said, plays an important role in the independent work of each organ.

She also spoke about the danger of strife between the security forces and the judiciary.
