New year gift: the court allowed the controversial Rosenblatt to move freely in Ukraine
The Solomensky court of the capital on the eve of new year holidays has expanded the scope of geography for the MP Borislav Rosenblatt. If he could only be in Kiev or Zhitomir, now without the investigator’s permission, can travel freely throughout Ukraine, says the story TSN.19:30.
Rosenblatt also asked to remove his electronic bracelet, but the court this is not yet agreed. Passport the Deputy had to take back in the summer and not to leave without the permission of the investigator, but at the end of October he was detained at the airport during the alleged attempt to escape to Germany. Sam Rosenblatt insistedthat he had not fled, and went to heal. Against him the investigation of the so-called “amber case” in which the Deputy suspected that he for the money, promoted the interests of private business in the production of amber.

As reported, Rosenblat, who in July was stripped of parliamentary immunity, filed a lawsuit at the National anti-corruption Bureau and the Specialized anticorruption Prosecutor’s office. The plaintiff asks the court to declare illegal actions of the investigators on carrying out concerning it operatively-search actions.
