The PGO appealed the denial of the Pechersk court to send Saakashvili under arrest

The Prosecutor General’s office filed a complaint in the court of Appeal of Kyiv in the Pechersk district court’s refusal to submit deprived the Ukrainian citizenship of the former President of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili under house arrest.

The case is “About refusal in application of a preventive measure in the form of house arrest” was in the court of Appeal of 15 December.

The court denied the prosecutors the petition about election of a measure of restraint in the form of a round-the-clock house arrest.

December 18, Monday, Saakashvili was summoned for the first interrogation.
