The Cabinet has canceled about 300 regulatory acts, which restricted the business

On 17 December, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine unanimously adopted the decision to cancel more than 300 regulatory acts in the framework of deregulation, reports UNIAN.

The Cabinet also decided to improve the system of state supervision and control of the business in the new year.

It is noted that for each activity, the unified list of regulatory requirements. Control authorities shall, within three months of go to the unique individual standards. This will test the business in spite of the moratorium.

In particular, the amendments will simplify the procedure of accounting of funds to raise the limits of obligatory use of cash registers for those activities that do not carry significant risk. Also this will simplify the procedure of customs clearance of goods at the ports, administrative support of energy production, will stimulate domestic production of chemical products.

Recall that in March this year, the Cabinet adopted a plan for deregulation of the business until 2017 171 initiative for reducing the administrative and bureaucratic pressure. In 2018 it is planned to introduce a “smart” moratorium on inspections of businesses. It is expected that it will keep the users safety, and also reduce administrative pressure on business.
