The NAB has sent to court the case of “leak” data assistant judges Kiev

Detectives of the National anti-corruption Bureau sent to court indictments against the assistant judge of Solomensky district court of Kiev and lawyer that she leaked information.

“On December 13, Specialized anti-corruption Prosecutor’s office sent the indictment against the assistant judge and the other party’s offense – lawyer – in Solomenskiy district court of Kiev for consideration in essence. Both defendants are charged with committing crimes under part 2 of article 361-2 (unauthorized distribution of restricted information, which is stored in automated systems) and part 2 of article 376-1 (illegal intervention in work of the automated workflow system of court) of the Criminal code of Ukraine”, – stated in the message.

According to the investigation, in may-June 2016 assistant judge of the solomiansky district court of Kyiv has accepted the proposal of his friend the lawyer interested in the investigation of one of criminal proceedings in NABU, and started to “merge” information on the admission in court of petitions from the detective Bureau, he in turn reported about it to third parties.

“If it became known that as a result of consideration of petitions detectives were court decisions have been made, the assistant of the judge at the direction of counsel rostomashvili them from the automated workflow system of court and passed on for further unauthorized distribution”, – added in the NABOO.

Separately noted that assistant judges do not have the necessary level of access to the automated workflow system of court, so I used the username and password of another employee of the court.

Earlier, the NAB declared suspicion to the judge of the Supreme administrative court for the Declaration. Detectives establish the facts fail to declare other property.
