“Naftogaz” expects to receive from Gazprom 16 billion dollars compensation
“Naftogaz of Ukraine” expects the Russian “Gazprom” following the results of consideration in the Stockholm arbitration of the dispute regarding the contract for gas transit from 6.5 to 16 billion dollars compensation.
This was stated by chief commercial Director of “Naftogaz of Ukraine” Yuriy Vitrenko, reports UNIAN.
“We expect to receive the money under the transit contract. The amount of our requirements is 6.5 to $ 16 billion, depending on whether applied to the Ukrainian legislation,” – said Vitrenko.
The arbitration decision regarding the transit contract is expected in late February 2018.
