The APU is ready to change the situation. Poltorak commented on the Russian side of the JCCC

The Minister of defence of Ukraine Stepan Poltorak believes that an exit of the Russian side of the Joint center for control and coordination the breeding of forces and means in the Donbass aims to accuse Ukraine of violating the ceasefire.

He said this to journalists before a Cabinet meeting today, 20 December, according to Interfax-Ukraine.

“After we saw the real face, why Russia has decided to accuse us of violating the ceasefire, although in principle that’s what they expect themselves violate the ceasefire,” – said Poltorak.

The Minister stressed that the Armed forces of Ukraine are ready to change the situation.

We will remind, earlier the Ministry of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation stated that on 19 December the Russian military – representatives of the Russian Federation in the Joint center for control and coordination of ceasefire and stabilization of the line of contact in Donbas will leave the territory of Ukraine.

After Russian observers, the militants struck from “Grad” Novoluganskoe. The attack happened on December 18 around 17:00, at least three dozen missiles flew from the occupied Horlivka. Eight civilians were injured.
