In occupied Luhansk armed rebels were not given the OSCE to inspect the trucks with “humanitarian aid of the Russian Federation”

In occupied Luhansk militants did not let the OSCE observers in the complex, which drove the trucks of “humanitarian convoy” from Russia.

This is stated in the report of the observation mission at the OSCE website.

As noted, observers recorded several columns of trucks in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions. On the sides of the cars were inscriptions in Russian “Humanitarian aid from Russian Federation”.

“On the morning of 21 December, on the southeastern outskirts of Luhansk members of the patrol mission saw the convoy consisting of 16 articulated trucks. Later, the convoy drove into the compound located on street Dargomyzhsky, 4A, on the southern outskirts of Lugansk. When observers tried to get into the compound, two armed member of the “LPR” with inscriptions “militia LNR” on the clothes did not let them, saying in Russian that the SMM access will be granted only with the permission of the other members of the “LPR” – said the observers.

We will remind, earlier representatives of the United States to the OSCE said that a large number of “humanitarian convoys” that every time Russia sends in the occupied territories, is a clear proof of the involvement in the conflict in the Donbas.
