According to Polish diplomats, the excretion of Russia and its representatives from SCCC, which occurred on December 19, is a contributing factor to the tensions.
“Poland, which has the second largest quota from the EU in a Special OSCE mission for the observation, said this step is another attempt to degrade the security of monitors and further limit their ability to perform tasks on the ground,” – noted in the Ministry of foreign Affairs of Poland.
We will remind, the Ministry of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation stated that on 19 December the Russian military – representatives of the Russian Federation at the JCCC in Donbas will leave the territory of Ukraine.
