The Cabinet may allow migrants to obtain grants without a lease

The Minister of social policy of Ukraine Andriy Reva says that the Cabinet may authorize the granting of housing subsidies to IDPs at their place of stay, regardless of whether the rental agreement.

“I think we might go to without registration, without a contract, according to the internal status of the immigrant if the person lives at that address, give it a subsidy,” he said.

Reva said that the government intends to amend the procedure of granting subsidies in April 2018 with the purpose of solving problematic issues.

Recall that during the heating season 2017-2018 subsidies will receive 6.6 million Ukrainian families. Of these, 5.8 million housing subsidies of 800 thousand – subsidies on solid fuels.
