Space Agency of Ukraine will sell the building of the Kiev plant “Arsenal”
State space Agency of Ukraine has exposed on auction of one of the buildings of the plant “Arsenal” in the Pechersk district of Kyiv.
About it reports “Interfax”.
“The building and land, located in the historical centre of the capital, have a huge future commercial development”, – said the Director of the electronic trading system SETS Victor Vishnev.

Startowa price of the lot is 561 million and a guarantee fee determined in the amount of 56.1 million hryvnia. Trades relative to the body of the plant “Arsenal” to be held on 29 January 2018. The total area of 37,9 thousand square meters.
Now the owner of the plant “Arsenal” is the State space Agency of Ukraine. The main activity is manufacture of wooden containers.
