Account “PrivatBank” was arrested at the suit of the family of Surkis.

The Bank appealed to the District administrative court of Kiev, the arrest of accounts, however, on 18 December, the court refused satisfaction of the claim. This is referred to in the judgment of 18 December.

Note that in the claim of “PrivatBank” has asked the court to declare illegal actions of the state performer of making several decisions of 29 November on the imposition of arrest on property of the Bank. “PrivatBank” also asked the court to remove the arrest from the accounts in such financial institution: national Bank, Ukreximbank, Raiffeisen Bank Aval, Ukrsotsbank, Citibank, Bank Pivdennyi, Bank, Marfin Bank, Commercial investment Bank, the clearing center for servicing agreements on financial markets, Asvia Bank.

Recall, November 6, Kyiv appeal administrative court ordered PrivatBank to return to the family of Surkis 1.05 billion hryvnia, of 266.2 thousand dollars and 7.8 million euros.

Igor Surkis in “PrivatBank” was the score on 151 million, Polina Kovalik – 514,1 million, Grigory Surkis – 163,1 million hryvnia, Marina Surkis – 174,5 mln hryvnia, Romila Surkis, 44.8 million hryvnias. These funds in December 2016 during the procedure, bail-in was converted to equity “PrivatBank” as the means of related entities.

On 21 November, the national Bank for the third time, filed to the Supreme administrative court the claim about a suspension of the forced withdrawal of “PrivatBank”, which in his opinion is illegal. However, on 1 December Vasu denied the Bank in satisfaction of the claim. Central regulator plans to challenge this decision in the Supreme Court.
