KSCA may have moved away from downtown in a troubled business center

Metropolitan governments can move out of the city center in the business center at the intersection of Victory Avenue and Vozduhoflotsky prospectus. Of such plans, said in an interview to “Interfax-Ukraine” the General Director of the Kyiv investment Agency (KIA) Oleg Mistiuk. “Now the owner (unfinished BC) is a native of KDD Group, the project is fully leveraged by the state Ukreximbank… We have reached the final point in the negotiations between the owner and the Bank regarding the commercial terms of the financing completion of the building. We lack only a city Council decision that will allow you to sign a contract for $370 million,” said Mischuk.

Mystyk noted that thus can be solved the problem of the unfinished business of the center and the lender Ukreximbank interested in such a move. Of this amount, the KDD will receive cash of $12 million, while the remaining amount were liabilities, in particular $168,4 million to the state Ukreximbank (Kyiv). Then, the Bank has increased a credit line for the completion of the Sky Towers to $193 million, and the borrower, LLC “Agency of office construction.”

According to the state register, its beneficiary is the Aussie David Israel. Construction was carried out until 2015, but made up 27 floors of the design 47, after which it was stopped. At the end of 2016 in the balance of LLC the amount of unfinished construction was estimated at 2.34 billion UAH, and the main means – 4.42 billion.

As for the freed space in the center of Kiev, they planned to give for offices.
