KSCA may have moved away from downtown in a troubled business center

Metropolitan governments can move out of the city center in the business center at the intersection of Victory Avenue and Vozduhoflotsky prospectus. Of this amount, the KDD will receive cash of $12 million, while the remaining amount were liabilities, in particular $168,4 million to the state Ukreximbank (Kyiv). Then, the Bank has increased a credit line for the completion of the Sky Towers to $193 million, and the borrower, LLC “Agency of office construction.”

According to the state register, its beneficiary is the Aussie David Israel. Construction was carried out until 2015, but made up 27 floors of the design 47, after which it was stopped. At the end of 2016 in the balance of LLC the amount of unfinished construction was estimated at 2.34 billion UAH, and the main means – 4.42 billion.

As for the freed space in the center of Kiev, they planned to give for offices.
