In Kramatorsk , the court of Appeal of Donetsk region recognized a fair decision to sentence a former terrorist “DNR” for three years and one month of imprisonment for participation in illegal paramilitary forces structures.

“The court established that on June 1, 2014, during the occupation of Kramatorsk by militants of the terrorist organization “DNR”, 33-the summer local resident, earlier repeatedly convicted, on their own initiative joined the ranks of the invaders.
