The AP responded to criticism of the IMF Poroshenko of the bill on the anti-corruption court

Presidential draft law on anti-corruption the Supreme court developed in accordance with the Constitution of Ukraine and in accordance with the recommendations of the Venice Commission.

This is stated in comments to the press-service of Administration of the President of Ukraine, UNIAN reports.

“The bill on the anti-corruption court was developed in accordance with the Constitution of Ukraine and in accordance with the recommendations of the Venice Commission”, – said in comments.

In the Administration of the President say that today, 15 January, the draft law is in Parliament, so “all the discussions about those or other norms must occur within the legal framework in the Ukrainian Parliament”.

In addition, AP indicated that the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has repeatedly stressed that the leadership of the state has the political will to create an independent anti-corruption court.

Earlier it was reported that the international monetary Fund has nine system comments to the draft law on anti-corruption court by President Petro Poroshenko. The IMF said that the paragraphs of the document are contrary to the commitments assumed by Ukraine to the international partners.
