“Only for four days starting from January 10, in the offices of vaccinations the municipal health institutions measles vaccinated about 11 thousand children, “said Ginsburg.
The chief of Gospodarevskaya in Kiev Oleg Ruban added that among children of preschool educational institutions was 19 cases of measles.
“The cases among children who visited children’s institutions №№ 43 (“the Dominant”), 775, 570, 654, 816, “Kievljanka”, 423, 120, 104, 147, 419, 661, 692, 518, 587, 528, 143, private school “Montessori”. Was 32 cases among school-age children, as follows: “the Scandinavian school”, “Focus education”, “Vienna school” school №111, 1, 124, 169, 254, 96, 155, 192, 89, 84, 199, 27, 242, 49, 323, 169, 61, 243, 57, 329, Lyceum №100. In addition, one case was a teacher of elementary school No. 95,” – said Ruban.

“It is the parents who decide their child will be protected from a particular disease. Teachers can explain to convince the adults, but to get them to take your child to the doctor for vaccinations, we can not. But parents need to remember that the life and health of the child strongly depends on their decisions”, – said the Director of the Department of education and science, youth and sports Elena Fidanyan.
